Deal Team Volunteers

The Venture Jobs Foundation evaluates its investment candidates using due diligence best practices of venture capital investors.  These include attractive and available markets, competitive differentiation and management capability across business and technical functions.  We invest in companies that have sound growth potential and the capacity to repay their obligations to the VJF from future business cash flows.   Our “rising star” deal team volunteers bring legal, accounting and business development experience to our due diligence reviews, and have been nominated by their respective firms.  They bring valued professional experience and competence to the key process of qualifying candidates for VJF investment and presenting investment recommendations to the VJF Board and loan committee.
